As mentioned on the phone… you are in a “perfect” situation to really streamline your WAN & Voice communications if you choose to implement a new phone system.  …Better yet… you mentioned you were under no contractual obligations!  (Lucky you!!)

I worked VERY Closely with John to completely understand “what we have today” and “what we need” with our WAN and a New Phone system.  John was single handedly the only telecom vendor that could think outside of the box and offer a complete solution…  For this, I was grateful for his knowledge…  (I’m a Data guy…  Telecom is a different breed…  John can bridge BOTH!) He was able to allocate & increase bandwidth were needed, remove some unnecessary phone lines…..heck, even saved a few bucks!  (Helps to offset/justify the phone system investment)
