John King, Founding Partner:
John brings his extensive experience as an entrepreneur, a top 1% sales professional, and former Senior Manager in a multi-national corporation to his role as Founding Partner with TELigence Partners. John's broad entrepreneurial and business experience combines with his practical hands-on knowledge and experience in product development and in the telecommunications industry.
Steven Crociata:
Steven is a seasoned veteran in the telecom industry with a strong understanding and knowledge of telecommunications and IT. His focus is on building a client's network efficiency utilizing Managed Services such as Managed Firewall, MPLS, Private Line Services, Data Center Design, Internet Access Services, Disaster Recovery Planning, Ethernet Technology, Local and Long Distance Voice services, Cloud computing applications, and more.
Steven has joined our experienced staff as a Partner and Consultant. His years of experience in government and the private sector will add significant value to the company and our clients.
Marie Hollick:
Marie brings an energy and commitment to serving her client base in CT and MA that is unique in the industry. Her extensive experience in telecommunications includes past work as a complex network project manager with MCI and Choice One. This technical background combines with sales experience at One Communications, where she was a consistent top producer and Presidents Club member.
Marie's clients benefit from her full knowledge of the process from sales through provisioning. Past and present clients of Marie's include: City of Hartford, Integrity Graphics, Konica Minolta, and the Windsor Board of Education.
Charlie Kremer, Green Mountain Global dba Skyewave:
Charlie Kremer, owner, has been in the telecom business since 1996. Charlie held management positions in wireless, for Cellular One and Globalstar USA w/ affiliate Verizon Wireless/Vodaphone.
Bringing High Speed Broadband to rural America is a passion of Charlie’s which has been honed recently through positions he has held at Fairpoint and the State of Vermont. Utilizing his deep knowledge of both the carrier and government sides, Charlie is now helping companies garner government grants and loans for infrastructure as well as assisting large corporations with mobile expense management.
Tom Runstrom:
Tom has been working in telecommunications sales for over 20 years - most recently for Broadview, One Communications, CTC and Lightship Telecom. Tom combines a deep understanding of carrier networks, with a strong business background, which ideally positions him to act on the behalf of his clients in a consultative manner. His work centers mostly on a client base in Eastern Massachusetts.
3rd Level Solutions:
Founded by Thomas Sweet, former IT Director for King Arthur Flour, 3rd Level Solutions offers sophisticated LAN and PBX support to large and small companies with operations in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Arcomm Communications:
Located in Hillsboro New Hampshire, Aarcom services and supports Nortel, Adtran, Panasonic and Vertical PBX Systems. They combine their expertise in voice services with their LAN expertise as a Microsoft and HP certified partner. Aarcom services companies in Manchester, Concord, and the Upper Valley areas of New Hampshire.

The Final Connection:
Founder and President, Matt Fargo, has extensive experience in the design and implementation of PBXs from the small business arena through Enterprise level businesses. Originally with ATT, and Lucent, Matt now focuses on delivering Avaya PBX solutions to his client base in New England and New York.
Network Performance Inc. (NPI):
NPI is a Cisco Value Added Reseller, and Shortel Partner. The company specializes in offering LAN and WAN support to small and medium sized companies in Vermont and New Hampshire.
New England Telecom Solutions:
Owner, Bob Davison has been working in telecommunications since 1998. He has held Senior Sales and Sales Director level positions with CTC Communications, Lightship Telecom and Nextel/Sprint. In addition, Bob has worked as a sales agent for Verizon, Fairpoint, One Communications, and many other carriers. Bob has been an effective agent/consultant to many of the larger businesses in Northern New England.

Lynne Witter entered the telecommunications industry in 1986, working for a regional reseller. Since then she has held sales, training, marketing, and leadership roles in organizations such as Sprint, AT&T, Cable & Wireless USA, and area CLEC's.
