John's broad entrepreneurial and business experience combines with his practical hands-on knowledge and experience in product development and in the telecommunications industry.

Founded by Thomas Sweet, former IT Director for King Arthur Flour, 3rd Level Solutions offers sophisticated LAN and PBX support to large and small companies with operations in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont.

Arcomm Communications:
Located in Hillsboro New Hampshire, Aarcom services and supports Nortel, Adtran, Panasonic and Vertical PBX Systems. They combine their expertise in voice services with their LAN expertise as a Microsoft and HP certified partner. Aarcom services companies in Manchester, Concord, and the Upper Valley areas of New Hampshire.

NPI is a Cisco Value Added Reseller, and Shortel Partner. The company specializes in offering LAN and WAN support to small and medium sized companies in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Radius Networks:
David Weaver, founder of Radius Networks, has experience in telecommunication sales with Lightship Telecom, One Communications, and Sovernet Communications. He currently represents TelJet as their exclusive agent channel sales representative and partners with TELigence Partners for representation of other carrier solutions to his client base in Vermont, New Hampshire and Up State New York.

The Final Solution:
Founder and President,  Matt Fargo, has extensive experience in the design and implementation of PBXs from the small business arena through Enterprise level businesses. Originally with ATT, and Lucent, Matt now focuses on delivering Avaya PBX solutions to his client base in New England and New York.

Tom Lee:
Tom brings a client oriented focus to his business which focuses on the markets in and around the Grand Rapids MI Area. His extensive knowledge of telecommunication allows him to provide solution based sales support with an eye on cost control from small and medium sized businesses.

TotalCom Group:
Stephanie Thompson, founder of TotalCom Group has telecommunication experience with One Communications, where she managed the Agent VAR partner program. She now represents an array of carrier solutions to her client base in New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts.
