The process begins with a thorough audit of your services. From this we will deliver a detailed report showing the inventory of all components of your company’s telecom infrastructure. Ultimately we believe the information we will provide you will lead to a solution designed and supported by our team of Network Designers and Coordinators.
Whether you choose this immediately or years following our first meeting, our audit and network recommendations are provided as a service to you with no charge from us or obligation on your part.
Network Audit Process:
- Detailed Network Audit– A single page “snapshot” of your overall telecom expenditures.
- A presentation of the best potential solutions from a portfolio of carriers and/or vendors.
- Once a decision is made to move forward we will handle carrier contract negotiation
- A detailed tracking of the network installation guaranteeing you receive what was proposed.
- Constant support over the provisioning and implementation of all telecom services.
- A clean and accurate first invoice that matches both contract and carrier proposal.
Shop my Service:
TELigence Partners can provide simple service quotations on Local, Long Distance, Internet, Point-to-Point, and WAN Services. After understanding your requirements, we will recommend carriers and provide quotes, or you can simply hand us a “shopping list” and we’ll take care of pricing and carrier.
Carrier Support Service:
TELigence Partners can help you work out issues with your current carrier, order new service and manage moves, adds and changes to your service. This will allow your staff to focus on the important task of growing your business.
