OUR SOLUTIONS
Voice Solutions:
TELigence Partners offers voice business quality solutions from a wide range of carriers:
- POTS: In a world that is built on acronyms, what else would you call “Plain Old Telephone Service”?
- Centrex: Before hosted IP PBX solutions, there was Centrex. This “dial 9 for an outside line” service, still has great applications today, as it allows for three-way-calling, call transfers, call forwarding, 3 & 4 digit internal extension dialing, and the many other functions included in the Centrex bundle. Perfect for towns and other business entities with multiple locations within the geography of a single town or an entire state.
- PRI / Flexpath / Direct Inward Dial: These digital T-1 handoffs deliver enhanced Caller ID and call routing capabilities within a business environment. The assignment of DID number blocks creates flexibility for a business to assign numbers to users and peripheral devices like fax machines, fax servers and modem devices. Routing of these calls is then easily controlled by the customer from the PBX level.
- VoIP & SIP Trunking: Business quality voice can be delivered over Internet connections on SIP Trunks. This new service is now available from specialty companies and the larger Tier One Carriers like Verizon or AT&T.
Data Solutions:
TELigence Partners will work with your IT Staff to design Data solutions from a wide range of carriers:
- T-1 and Multi-megabit Internet: All T-1’s are not created equal. We’ll walk you through the nuances of Internet connections before you purchase. The backdoor that your carrier maintains to support the bandwidth you purchase makes a difference in performance, and therefore price. We'll help you understand this before you simply buy the least expensive circuit.
- VPN: Virtual Private Networks can use Internet connections to create quality WAN connections at an affordable price for companies of any size. TELigence Partners can help you create Internet connections that will allow your VPN to function at peak performance. Not All VPN connections are created equal! Let us show you why.
- DSL: Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL) come in many iterations. TELigence Partners understands the differences between ADSL, SDSL, , IDSL, Dynamic IP, Static IP, and managed DSL connections. We will help you sensibly apply DSL as a cost saving component within your total data network picture.
- MPLS: Multi Protocol Label Switching, in end user terms means that your carrier manages all traffic crossing the network between remotes and host sites. With Ethernet handoffs from managed routers to your LAN environment, MPLS significantly simplifies Wide Area Network (WAN) connections and is critical to providing the Quality of Service (QoS) required to run VoIP on business data networks.
- Frame Relay: Still the most widely used, Frame is a viable WAN solution for Data and Voice Over IP networking. Unlike MPLS, Frame requires management of routers on the customer side of the network. Therefore it is better deployed in larger corporate networks where IT infrastructure exists to support it. Otherwise, users of frame should have a competent WAN support vendor to assist with managing the frame network.
- Point to Point & Non-switched WAN: Point to Point connections are “nailed up” circuits allowing voice and data to travel across a private WAN network. For networks with 2 or three total locations, or for building WAN connections that are within the same local phone exchange, Point to Point offers a guaranteed bandwidth, and the ultimate in a secured connection. Available in T-1, DS3, OC3 and above.
